Let us help you plan your next stay at Motel Rivière-Rouge. Below are answers to frequently asked questions. If you can't find the answer to your question, or if you'd like additional information, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Check-In & Check-Out
What are the check-in and check-out times?
You can arrive and check into your room from 4 pm.
At the end of your stay, you must leave your room by 11 a.m. at the latest.
If any of these options pose a problem for the organization of your stay, please contact us before your arrival so that we can try to accommodate you.
Online booking
How do I cancel or change a booking?
Up to 7 days prior to arrival: stays can be cancelled or modified free of charge*.
Between 7 and 3 days prior to arrival: 50% of the reservation, plus applicable taxes, will be forfeited*.
Up to 3 days before arrival: stays cannot be cancelled or modified. Cancellation will result in the loss of 100% of the reservation.
If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, please contact us by e-mail at motelriviererouge@rebelhotel.ca.
* If the price of the new booking is higher than that of the original booking, payment of the remaining balance will be required. (However, no refund will be made if the price of the new booking is lower than that of the original booking).
Parking
Where can I park my vehicle and/or my snowmobile or ATV?
A large parking lot is available to guests of the Motel Rivière-Rouge, where you can park your vehicle without any problem. It is also possible to park your snowmobile or ATV when we are notified in advance.
If you have a special request or a non-traditional vehicle to park during your stay, don't hesitate to contact us so we can accommodate you.
Pets
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at Motel Rivière-Rouge.
Please note that a $250 cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is not respected, without prior notice.
Non-smoking establishment
Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
Motel Rivière-Rouge is a non-smoking establishment, so smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the motel and rooms.

Self Check-In
How do I get my room key?
A code will be texted to you a few hours before the start of your reservation so that you can retrieve your key from the key box located at the motel entrance.

Please note that it is important to provide the telephone number you will be using on the day of booking as we will send the text message containing your access code to this number.
Self Check-Out
Where do I leave my key when my stay is over?
Once your stay is over, simply leave the key on the room table and check out, making sure to lock the door behind you. Our housekeeping team will collect the key.
